 Course for apprentice brewer at Mayor’s Pub The course is carried out every last Monday of the month, at 6;00 p.m. It is carried by Ivan Karagyozov, who is a graduate master brewer and produces the four brands of beer. He gives a short lecture for beer history and brewing technology. At the end every participant gets a sertificate and free degustation of four brands of Mayor’s beer.
